We stand behind the quality of our plants. If something doesn’t go as planned, our guarantees provide added peace of mind:

• Outdoor landscaping plants: Covered for 2 years with a 50% one-time replacement value toward another plant.

• Bedding and indoor plants: Covered for 30 days with a 50% one-time replacement value toward another plant.

Notes:

• The replacement value is applied one time toward a new plant purchase.

• Guarantees apply to many plants we sell. If you’re unsure whether your plant is covered, please ask our team when purchasing or contact us.

Hardgoods Returns

• Recently purchased hardgoods (e.g., pottery, tools, decor) may be returned in sellable condition for a 100% refund.

2. Assess condition: For hardgoods, ensure items are clean and in sellable condition. For plants, note the planting date and any care steps taken.
