Savory Summer Care Guide

Savory Summer (Satureja hortensis) is an aromatic annual herb with small, narrow leaves and a peppery, thyme-like flavor. Easy warm-season herb for Florida. Full sun, low to moderate water, well-draining soil. Direct sow or transplant after last frost. Harvest before flowering for best flavor. Non-toxic to pets.
